Now to backtrack a bit, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and enjoyed time with family and friends. I did, my son was home from the Navy and I was very happy to spend some time with him. However, I got the flu and was sick the entire time he was home and we didn't get to have much fun. I am just beginning to feel better. After getting over the flu, I was left with the residual complications from other illnesses. I ended up with bronchitis and an ear infection. I was not a happy camper the entire time. I'm happy that I'm feeling better and can start to feel normal again.
The Great Pyrenees girls turned one on January 4th, 2015. Now my search will begin to find a male to add to our family. I love this breed of dog, but they are not for the weak minded. This breed needs a strong, pack leader to keep them in line. I hope we find our male in the next couple of months and we can start our little heard of Pyrs!
